Any & all information you have provided is strictly used for the service you have purchased or inquired about. Information will not be sold to any third-party companies. We respect your privacy. By purchasing a service you agree that you will not sue or accuse any parties that have contributed to the service that is being provided. If any information is compromised, the party or parties will be notified if it is apparent the information was acquired by any entity or individual.

If the client pays in advance and would like to terminate the service during the project, the client/party will be eligible for a partial refund up to 35% of the amount payed. If the client/party purchasing the service wishes to discontinue during a service the vehicle may be kept as collateral until the services are paid justly according to the amount of work/labor done on the vehicle.

Upon the initial contact of any service and or reading this you agree that you will not hold any parties responsible should any damages occur to you or your vehicle. You agree that any repair or replacement can alter the current state of the vehicle and may result in injury or death. Both parties will not sue or make accusations.

Receiving a service binds you in a confidentiality agreement. Information exchanged between either party/ must remain confidential throughout the duration of the service and after the service.
